Delivery
We deliver within the European Union. If you are outside the European Union, please contact us so we can arrange shipment for you. Product shipments are typically made through express courier services, depending on the destination chosen by the customer.
For customers outside the European Union, local customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. The shipment will be made once the products are available, and the payment for the order has been verified within 5 working days from the day following the customer's order placement. The latest deadline will be 30 working days after the contract is concluded.
For deliveries to overseas territories or other countries, delivery terms will be specified on a case-by-case basis.
Following the order and sales conditions validation, a notice or email will be sent to the customer, confirming the details of the purchased products.
For wholesale inquiries, please contact us at terrafusionue@gmail.com. Orders are prepared as soon as payment is confirmed, during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Orders placed outside of these hours will be prepared the next working day.
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. The seller will not be responsible for non-delivery of the product due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our goal is to fully satisfy you as a customer. The customer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, regulated by Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code in France.
To initiate the return of a product purchased from the online store, you must complete the return and/or exchange form found in Annex 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the website. The products must be returned:
- In their original condition, with all associated accessories, without having been used, washed, or damaged.
- With their original labels.
- In their complete original packaging.
- Along with the invoice or a copy thereof in case of partial return of the order.
Send the product to the address mentioned in the return form. To return a product purchased from Terra Fusion, simply contact a courier company and send the product to the address detailed above. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer wishing to make the return. If the sent product is defective, Terra Fusion will bear the total cost of shipping for its exchange and/or return.
How will I receive the refund amount?
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment.
When will I receive the refund amount?
Once we have verified that the products are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount (item's RRP) credited to your account.
In case of special promotions where shipping costs are waived, the customer will also be responsible for the return transport costs.
Important Note: The customer assumes responsibility for the product until we receive the item in our warehouse; it is your responsibility until we receive the item in our offices. We recommend sending the item by registered mail and keeping the shipping receipt.
